The Family & Friends CPR Course

The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the initial lifesaving skills that are necessary to assist an individual who is experiencing a cardiopumonary arrest before expert medical help arrive on the scene.

Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

Who can take this Course?

  • This course is intended for everyone, with or without any medical background.

What you expect to learn:

  1. Recognition of Cardiac Emergencies
  2. Steps to activate an Emergency Response System
  3. Providing highly effective chest compressions
  4. Assisting in difficult breathing (optional)
  5. Correct use of an AED Machine
  6. CPR in Chidren and Infants
  7. CPR in special circumstances e.g. to an expectant lady
  8. Assisting someone who is chocking
