Mass Casualty Management (MCM) Course
The Mass Casualty Management course is a didactic, multi-sectoral training workshop consisting of classroom discussions, role playing and simulated field exercises.
It is designed to sharpen the response skills of mass casualty responders, empowering them to more effectively manage events in human and/or other resources-constrained scenarios.
Who should take this course?
The course will be of value to all persons likely to be involved in a community’s response to a mass casualty event e.g. police officers; fire marshals; medical personnel; first line responders; ambulance service personnel; coast guards, military personnel; airport/airline personnel; disaster managers; paramilitary and non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
